Scientific Advisory Board

DZIF is supported by an external Scientific Advisory Board consisting of internationally renowned experts in the field of infection research. The external Scientific Advisory Board consists of 12 persons from academia and industry. They are appointed for a term of four years by the General Assembly on recommendation by the Executive Board. The Scientific Advisory Board meets at least once per year and advises the Executive Board and the General Assembly on all scientific and programmatic issues.
