Would you like to support infection research? With your donation to the DZIF you help to develop new and promising vaccines, diagnostics and medications against infections.
United against infections – under this motto over 500 doctors and scientists from 35 establishments collaborate at the German Center for Infection Research, jointly developing new approaches. Whether it is AIDS or tuberculosis, Ebola, malaria, gastrointestinal diseases, hepatitis or other infections: The goal of research is always the rapid translation of research results to the clinic. The focus is on the patient.
Certain therapies, for instance bone marrow transplants, require the immune system of the patient (child) to be artificially suppressed. Even harmless infections can then become a threat.
With your donation you can support selected research projects or support infection research as a whole. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or specific requests. We are a non-profit organisation and can provide donation receipts if required. For this we need your complete address: please fill it in either on the bank transfer or send us an e-mail. Please note that for donations up to 300 Euro a so-called simplified donation receipt is sufficient (remittance slip or a copy of the bank statement). For this reason, we send donation receipts for amounts exceeding 300 Euro.
