PDU workshop: "Path(s) to transform your research into a product candidate"

The Product Development Unit (PDU) of the DZIF is pleased to invite you to module 1 of the training program on product development.

This first module is designed to impart a basic understanding of how to transform your research into a product candidate. The workshop will take place on November 13–14, 2025, at the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) in Bonn. Experts from regulatory agencies, industry, academia and the PDU will share their knowledge on the product development path(s).

Registration is free of charge; you only need to cover your travel and accommodation expenses. In that regard, we are pleased to announce availability of 25 stipends for accommodation where PDU covers the stay at Gustav Stresemann Institut, which is in walking distance to BfArM, from 13th to 14th of November including breakfast. Please indicate whether you are applying for a stipend during registration. Please note that the stipends are reserved for PhD students and PostDocs to facilitate their participation.

Participation is only open to members of the DZIF and the other DZG as well as researchers of INCATE- and CARB-X-funded projects. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 50 persons. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
