Basics in bioimage handling – the dos and the don'ts

The workshop provides practical knowledge on the correct handling of bioimage data and includes theoretical basics on topics such as Airyscan microscopy as well as practical sessions on image analysis using ImageJ and Machine Learning.

The workshop is aimed at doctoral and postdoctoral researchers actively working with advanced microscopy and interested in image analysis.

Computers/laptops with the required software will be provided.

The workshop, including snacks and catering, is free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs cannot be reimbursed.
